After working with couples for over 15 years we appreciate how many things there are to consider when having a destination wedding. Our aim is to make the whole process as fun and stress free as possible.
Stage One
Finding the perfect venue! We will show you the venues that match your requirements in person and walk you through the wedding day at each one. Once you have chosen your dream venue, we will then book this for you and liaise with them on your behalf the whole way through. If you decide on a church wedding, we will assist with the paperwork requirements, book and liaise with the church and arrange the rehearsal.
Stage Two – choosing your suppliers
We have many trusted and respected suppliers we can recommend to suit all tastes and budgets. For everything you need on the day, we will help you find the providers you love and work with them to bring your vision to life. If you want to book someone not on our list we are happy to liaise with them too.

Stage Three – keeping you updated
As there are so many elements to your day, we understand it can be hard to keep track with emails alone. This is why you have a client portal page on our website where you can see at a click what’s been booked, what’s been paid and what still needs to be booked. We also have a spreadsheet with all payments made, due and final payment dates so you can keep track of your budget with ease.
Stage Four – supplier meetings
We will accompany you to your menu tasting and other supplier meetings making sure you are happy with the progress of your dream day.
Stage Five – final run through
A couple of days ahead of the big day, we will meet with you to go over the detailed timeline we have created and have a rehearsal if required. We make sure you are happy with each element of the day and have a clear understanding of how the day will run.
Stage Six – Getting Married
We will be there on the day a few hours before the guests arrive, overseeing the set up and ensuring all suppliers are on site. We will coordinate the day with the venue and suppliers ensuring you and your guests are all happy. We will be there until the party is well underway and only leave when everything but the dancing is left to do!!!
Stage Seven – registering paperwork
In the event that you have a church wedding we will register the marriage at the appropriate Town Hall and send you your marriage certificate.
